The problem
Intervention: eWarrior workshop: a blended learning programme with a child-friendly website featuring lighthearted characters, an accompanying workbook, and interactive hands-on tasks to teach online safety, privacy, and digital citizenship
Who it was tested with: Intermediate students (Grades 3-6) in BC, Canada.
Experience from people who deliver programmes: stories, case studies and lessons learned. Valuable for understanding how and why, and for spotting what to test next, but not a measure of effect.
"Initial feedback was very positive, with respondents asserting they believed the website and activities had met the goals of the project, and many teachers hoping to try the workshop with their classes in the coming year." This represents practitioner-level evidence based on stakeholder feedback rather than rigorous measurement of student outcomes.
No formal outcome measurement, no control group, no data on actual behaviour change, feedback appears to be qualitative impressions rather than systematic evaluation, unclear who respondents were and how many provided feedback
