The problem
Intervention: A short educational session plus a Climate-Informed Pediatric Care toolkit of resources for clinicians.
Who it was tested with: Clinicians in seven community pediatric practices within the Dartmouth Health system (United States)..
The same group is measured before the intervention and again afterwards, with a baseline and an endline and sometimes a midline. Change is visible, but other causes cannot be ruled out.
"Changes from baseline were assessed by pre- and post-implementation surveys." This shows the same group was measured before and after with no comparison group, so the design is pre-post.
Small pilot in seven practices with no comparison group. The abstract gives no figures, and outcomes are clinician-reported confidence and toolkit use rather than child health outcomes.
