"quasi-experimental one-group pre-test–post-test design involving 89 adolescents" shows the same group was measured before and after with no comparison group, so it is PRE_POST rather than EXPERIMENTAL.
No control group, a small sample, only short-term knowledge was measured with no follow-up, and behavioural outcomes were not assessed. The authors describe the design as quasi-experimental, but it is a single group measured before and after.
