- The study identifies challenges to ECE implementation in Nigeria and discusses prospects for improvement
Limitations
This is a theoretical study without empirical data or evaluation of specific interventions, so it cannot tell us about the actual effectiveness of ECE programmes in Nigeria or the scale and nature of specific challenges in practice. The document provides a conceptual overview rather than evidence about outcomes or implementation realities.
